I have used the gel for 10 days, however no big difference. My gums got swollen and sensitive after 2 first uses, even if I put a small amount of gel. 1 tube lasted for 5 times(instruction says for 3) The last few times, I have used every second day to avoid sensitivity. Contacted customer service with questions and told them my experience, they offered return and refund. I have used whitening gel in the past(different company) the results were seen after few times. My teeth are quiet white, I don't smoke and trying to look after them, however coffee leaves the stains... I wont keep it and return the gel.

This product whitened my teeth fast. The trick is to try and get it near the gum line but not on the gums. It did make my gums sore for a couple days, but then they were fine. I used 22% for an hour and could see quite a difference. I would buy it again.
