I feel as if I lost a shipment in the past months, im sure I ordered and paid for an order but never received it. I contacted your org twice to ask for assistance but go no replies, very disappointed by that.

I still have not received my whitening gel. I was informed by e mail that it had arrived at Heathrow Airport on13 th November and have heard nothing since! No reply to my e mail requesting an update. Very disappointed! Carole Fox

Took a long tome to arrive. But if you follow instructions and use dental trays - worth the wait. I struggled to fine a decent tooth whitening gel in the UK.

The game changer is the after whitening gel which completely eliminates sensitivity. Previously IÕve used whitening gels and sensitivity has been so bad I couldnÕt face it again but nothing this time and you only apply it for 5 minutes. Whitening gel is good. IÕve only applied twice so far, for 2 hrs each time and already noticeable improvement.
