How It Works 

1.Prepare your teeth
Brush your teeth and dry the front surface with a tissue so the whitening gel can adhere better.
 
2. Apply the gel
Twist the bottom of the pen until a small drop of gel appears. Apply a thin layer to the front of your teeth, avoiding the gums.
 
3. Use the LED light
Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and use it for 15 - 30 minutes.
  • Blue light: activates the whitening gel and helps remove stains.
  • Blue + Red light: blue whitens while red helps soothe gums and reduce sensitivity. You can use this mode if your teeth feel sensitive. Use after whitening treatment on clean teeth after whitening.
How often to use it
Use the kit once per day, preferably in the evening, for 10–14 days.

Gel is quite runny so doesnÕt apply evenly and makes a little mess. In turn, this allows you to burn your gums more regular even when being really careful. Worked almost as well as that brand in respect to actual whitening. I got good result
